iSPEDitér is an internal logistics information system built for KIABA – Spedition & Transporte s.r.o. The goal was to centralize data about carriers and customers, streamline search, and visualize results on an interactive map so dispatchers can work faster and with more confidence.

Key modules: actors (carrier/customer) CRUD with company autofill by IČO, flexible search by profile attributes and geographic radius, interactive map with highlighting and detail cards (call/email/WhatsApp), and user/role management. Tech: Next.js (TypeScript), Shadcn UI + Tailwind CSS, PostgreSQL + Prisma, REST API, Google Maps API (geocoding, visualization), AWS + Vercel. Secure auth, HTTPS, password policies, and regular DB backups. Responsive UI aligned with client brand guidelines.
Logistics data lived in multiple places; dispatchers needed a single, fast system supporting geospatial queries, accurate company data (incl. IČO autofill), and clear UX for day-to-day work. We had to balance speed, security, and maintainability while enabling admin-level access control and scalable infrastructure.
System in active use (ver. 1.3.0). Manages 288 client records; onboarding of new employees is faster and they find opportunities more easily. Continuous iteration planned via feedback-driven releases; financial impact to be evaluated via client’s annual reporting.
