iSPEDitér — Logistics Search System for KIABA

The system lets speditors search carriers by location, vehicle type, and capacity on an interactive map. Features include: radius search (find carriers within X km of any address), instant company lookup (automatic data fill from company registry), multi-location support (one carrier, multiple depots), quick contact actions (call, email, WhatsApp from one screen), and bulk import/export for data management. Searches run in under 2 seconds. The system is used 20-40 times daily by the team and has managed 500+ carriers and 200+ customers since launch.

Main problem: data lived everywhere. Excel files. Email contacts. Handwritten notes. When a customer called needing a truck for tomorrow, speditors had to manually check multiple sources, call carriers one by one, verify they had the right truck type, and confirm they operated in the right region. It took 30-45 minutes per search. Sometimes customers went to competitors because KIABA was too slow. We needed to centralize everything, add geographic search, and make it fast enough for real-time responses.

System launched June 2024. Daily use since then. Search time: 30-45 minutes → under 2 minutes (93% reduction). Manages 500+ carriers, 200+ customers. Client: 'System is indispensable. Can't work without it.' New employees onboard faster because all data is centralized. Currently on v1.3.0 with quarterly updates. Phase 3 in planning: AI-powered bulk import from freight exchanges and automated process improvements.
