Supanext sells digital products. They needed support but had no capacity to hire. We shipped an AI email agent. The agent handles 90% of inquiries automatically. Founders now focus on product development.

We used a three-phase approach. 1) Data collection. 2) Knowledge base creation. 3) AI agent deployment. The agent handles Slovak and Czech natively.

The challenge

Two founders handled everything. Support was often delayed. 90% of emails were repetitive questions. Without support, bad reviews threatened the business.

What went wrong along the way

The first knowledge base was too generic. The agent responded vaguely. We rewrote it based on real founder responses. The knowledge base now uses real language. The agent follows clear escalation rules.
