What manual work costs you
Pick the type of software and enter who it affects. See month by month what value it brings and when custom software or an AI agent pays back.
We do not count saved minutes only. We count the value of the work software frees up or multiplies for people: people × their monthly cost × gain. The gain grows every month as people use it more, but never above the cap.
The type sets example numbers. You can change every one.

The result is an estimate from your numbers. It leaves out running costs (hosting, AI models). The value is real only if the freed time goes into other work.
When automation does not pay off
- The task comes up a few times a month. Keep it manual or write a checklist.
- The process changes every month. Settle it in a spreadsheet first, automate later.
- An off-the-shelf SaaS already does it for a few euros a month. Buy it, you do not need custom software.
What it costs with us
Try the first month. If we miss what we wrote down, we refund 50 %. Monthly subscription from €3,980 excl. VAT, pause or cancel any time. Or a fixed price per project: tell us what you need and we send you a quote and a list of what we deliver. Code, data and infrastructure owned by the client from day one.
Month one starts with a written list: what we deliver and how you can check it. The 50 % money back is measured against it.
How we calculate
- Value of a month = people × monthly cost of a person (full employer cost) × gain.
- The gain in month 1 after launch is your assumption. Every month after, it is multiplied by the growth (×1.5 by default) until it reaches the cap.
- Until the software runs, the value is zero. Cost = subscription (€3,980 a month) × months of subscription, or a fixed price in month 1.
- Payback = the first month in which the value to date catches up with the cost to date.
- Net value = value to date − cost to date over the period you pick: 12, 24 or 36 months.
- If it does not pay back within the period, we say it plainly: probably not worth it.

- The monthly subscription starts at €3,980 excl. VAT, and AI agents are part of it. Pause or cancel any time. Have a clearly bounded scope? Tell us what you need and we send you a fixed price.
- When is custom software not worth it?
- When it affects one person for a few minutes a week, or when the process keeps changing. A better spreadsheet or an off-the-shelf tool is enough then. The calculator shows it as a negative net value over the period.
- Why does the gain grow every month?
- In the first month people are still learning the software and we fine-tune it from their feedback. Then they put more work through it. In our own accounting 70 % of invoices now go through fully automatically. Growth of ×1.5 is an assumption, not a promise, and the cap keeps the result grounded. Adjust both to fit you.
- What does the calculation leave out?
- Running costs (hosting, AI models), training people and where the freed time goes. If you do not use it for other work, the value stays on paper.
