KIABA’s forwarders had their work scattered across a shared Excel file and email. We built them their own custom software. Today they work in it every day, and the system belongs to them. It is one of 15+ production projects we have delivered since 2023.

The hard part is not building a screen. It is moving years of data out of a system you do not own and connecting accounting, the online shop or the bank so the company never stops for a day.

When we don't recommend it
- An off-the-shelf SaaS covers almost everything and you can work around the rest. Stay with it.
- Excel is enough and one person works in it. Your own system would cost more than the problem.
- You need a brochure website. We do not build websites.
- You need a simple one-step automation or a form-to-spreadsheet integration for a few hundred euros. A no-code tool (Make, n8n) or a freelancer fits that better.

What month one looks like
- Week one: we look at your spreadsheets, emails and systems, pick the first screen that saves the most manual work and write down what will be done after month one. The guarantee is measured against that list.
- Every week you see what was added in a test version, on your own data. Filip leads the project and you talk to him directly.
- End of the month: the first version from the list, in your name, with your data. Then we roll it out in the company: people use it and we fine-tune it.
- A fixed price fits a bounded scope. The monthly subscription fits when you want to extend the system as the company needs it.
What it costs
Try the first month. If we miss what we wrote down, we refund 50 %. Monthly subscription from €3,980 excl. VAT, pause or cancel any time. Or a fixed price per project: tell us what you need and we send you a quote and a list of what we deliver. Code, data and infrastructure owned by the client from day one.
Month one starts with a written list: what we deliver and how you can check it. The 50 % money back is measured against it.
Only your own hosting and AI model usage. You pay them directly to the providers, not through us.
After launch you get 30 days of support. Then you pause the subscription. When something needs changing or adding, you resume it and we carry on. After you cancel, the software, data and infrastructure stay yours. When you leave, we fix the bugs from the last month.
