Overview

AI Character Generator is one of our projects. A user uploads a selfie and the system turns it into a stylised character. We launched the whole system within a month.

What the first version contained

• Photo upload and a choice of several styles.
• Previews before the customer pays.
• Payment on one screen.
• Measurement of the whole customer journey, from photo upload to payment.

What we learned

Checkout conversion is very sensitive to the details of the flow. Every extra step in the cart costs customers. So we measure the whole journey and adjust it in small steps. We work the same way on founders' products.
