Overview
An information system to digitize and archive paper accounting documents and make them easily and securely accessible. Admin works via web and mobile; end-users access their documents via mobile with strong authentication.
Core capabilities: user management with email onboarding; dynamic folder-like categorization; full-text and filtered search (type, doc no., supplier/customer, date, ICO); batch download; document lifecycle (upload/edit/delete); mobile capture with OCR steps per document type (invoice, receipt, contract); multi-page scans; Android/iOS parity; 2-factor auth and auto-logout for security.
The challenge
Replace scattered paper workflows with a simple, secure digitization flow. Balance usability for admins scanning at scale with reliable OCR capture and safe end-user access on mobile.
