Overview
We created a secure system to digitize and archive paper accounting documents. This NDA project serves admins via web and end-users via mobile.
Core capabilities include user onboarding and dynamic folder categorization. We delivered filtered search by supplier, date, and ID. The system supports batch downloads and document lifecycles. Mobile capture includes OCR for invoices, receipts, and contracts. We delivered parity across Android and iOS with 2FA security.
The challenge
The goal was to replace paper workflows with a simple digitization flow. We balanced admin efficiency with reliable OCR capture. We ensured safe mobile access for all users.
