Overview
KIABA needed a single source of truth for carrier data. We created iSPEDitér. It features map-based search and instant filtering. Dispatchers find the right vehicle on one screen.
Everything lives on one interactive map. Features include radius search and instant company lookup. We delivered multi-location support and quick contact actions. One screen handles calls, emails, and WhatsApp.
The challenge
Data lived in scattered Excel files and notes. KIABA lost customers because they were too slow to find trucks. We delivered speed.
What went wrong along the way
The first version had fixed filters that failed real-world use. Every carrier has unique vehicles. We created dynamic filters instead. We also helped the team transition by adding carriers during phone calls. This ensured gradual adoption over a "big bang" migration.
How it runs today
We did not start with the whole system. We started with the one job that held back sales the most: finding a carrier. The next parts came only once the first one worked in production.
The system has been running since June 2024. We built it and we run it: fixes, backups and new filters as the forwarders need them. The code and the data belong to KIABA. If we stopped, the system stays with them.
