Overview
We delivered a focused two-day Prompt-to-Production workshop and hackathon to embed AI-assisted development at Kontentino. The program shifted the team from manual coding to a developer-as-architect approach with prompt-first workflows and review-driven implementation.
Hands-on sessions covered effective prompting, the edit-test loop (generate, test, fix), design-first thinking, documentation practices, and tool enablement (Cursor, GitHub Copilot, Windsurf). Teams built prototypes in two sprints and demoed results.
The challenge
Developers were not yet familiar with AI tools and workflows, leaving meaningful delivery potential untapped.
